So a quicky little video I made on refilling Copic Markers.
All my Dry ones are Ciao's so I demo'ed on them but you can do the exact same thing for a sketch.
This is MY method. It works, and it works well for me. Some people couldn't stomach losing a drop of ink, if that's your issue, then measure it out, or let it drip on the nib you pulled out and have it soak up your drips... hey that's a good idea.
Incidentally, you can pull out your chisel nib and replace it in the same way I reefed it out of my marker here.
One day I'll demo the Booster needle too, but i find it so pointless...
There are a couple other methods I'll demo later too.
anyways, dont forget to check out my youtube channel:
[link]some things are too big to make it on dA, so I'll be posting there.
BUY REFIILLS:So many people have asked where to buy refills.
If you're in BC head into an Opus. It's an art supply store. They can order them for you, or buy online at
[link] - they ship across Canada.
If you're NOT canadian
[link] is the place to go. (the shipping is WAY to much to canada though!)
Copic has a few distributors Europe, north america, japan and australia and they don't cross the boundaries and retailers are limited by them as well.
Bummer :<
USA and Japan have the cheapest prices generally.
